What you see in the portal.
For each patient who has connected their account to yours:
• CGM trends over time — daily, weekly, and across the program.
• Meal logs alongside CGM readings over the following hours (patient-authorized).
• Weight and adherence patterns across the structured first 8 weeks and beyond.
• A summary view that organizes meal logs, CGM views, and weight entries for faster review.
How patients connect to you.
When you register, you receive a unique provider number. Patients enter it inside the Glyvance app to share their data with you. You'll see them in the portal once they've connected.
The provider number are only for connecting existing Glyvance patients to your portal. They don't enroll patients or process orders.
Patients control what you see.
Patients choose to share their data with you — you only see what they've authorized. They can adjust or revoke access from their app at any time. All data flow supports HIPAA-aligned privacy and security practices.
