From signup through the first eight weeks and beyond — what the program looks like, week by week. The program has three parts that work together: your meals, a CGM, and the Glyvance app with Vance, your AI nutrition coach.
Your first 8 weeks
A fully supported start
For the first 8 weeks, we provide all of your meals, snacks, and desserts. You don’t need to plan, count, or cook - everything is handled for you.
Delivered to your door
A full week of food at a time. Your first delivery contains 10 days of food across two boxes, to keep your freezer stocked from the start.
Arrives frozen - ready to thaw, heat, and eat
Your meals are designed to work together as a complete nutritional system
Continuous glucose monitor included
A CGM is included with the program so you can see how your body responds to what you eat. The data appears alongside your meals in the Glyvance app.
Stay on track
If you go off plan, the app helps you get back on without judgment — just clear next steps. Have a question about a meal, your CGM data, or the protocol? Ask Vance, your AI nutrition coach, anytime in the app.
What your day looks like
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks all provided
Scan meals into the Glyvance app to log what you've eaten and see your glucose response.
If you choose to share your data with your healthcare provider, they can view your meals and glucose trends in their portal.
When life happens
Eating out, traveling, or stuck without a Glyvance meal?
Ask Vance for compatible options before you order. You'll get specific suggestions for what to choose so an off-plan meal doesn't undo the progress you're making.
After the first 8 weeks
After 8 weeks, you can continue with a more flexible plan.
Continue with the full plan, or
Move to maintenance: order fewer meals from us and prepare some meals on your own.
Keep using the app, Vance, and your CGM as you find them useful.
The goal is more flexibility once you've learned what works for your body.
Logistics
Deliveries and billing
On subscription: food is billed every 2 weeks and ships weekly (usually Tuesdays).
On maintenance: you customize deliveries as you see fit. *
Each shipment includes frozen, whole food meals that you get to choose through the Glyvance app.
(* Selection is from our current meal catalog. Some meals have ordering limits per delivery, and individual meals may be temporarily unavailable, based on supply.)
Cancel at any time
When you've achieved your health and dietary goals, just let us know and we cancel the subscription.
