Here's exactly what happens, in detail…
Virginia - This page basically goes into more specifics about each of the steps. We can fill in what that means later, but it will be things like credit card holds, signing terms and conditions, maybe even our rewards program. All TBD. I felt that having that level of detail on the main page was off-putting, but also that it was important to tell the customer about. This page covers that gap.
Create an account
It's easy… all we need is your name and email address, and you will have taken the first step!
You're also free to link your account with your health care provider if they are in our system. This let's them review your progress and provide personalized coaching.

Install the app
Our app allows you to connect to your CGM (if you have one), as well as use your camera to log meals. It's the best way to track your progress.
We support both Apple and Android. (We're not quite on the relevant stores yet, but we've made it simple anyway.) Click here to learn more.
Wait your turn
In order to provide the best experience for everyone as we ramp up, new accounts are placed on a waitlist. You'll be notified by email when it's your turn to have the account activated.
(We do have a mechanism to let you jump to the front of the line if you are anxious to get started.)
While you're on the waitlist, you can still use all the features of the app/account, such as tracking glucose levels and meals, using our AI agent, etc.
Subscribe
Once your account has been activated, we will either automatically place your order for you (if you signed up for this), or you do it yourself. All we need is your credit card and a shipping address!
Enjoy
We (optionally) ship a CGM to you the very next day after you place your order. We provided these free of charge.
A couple days after that, we send your very first box of food. It's enough to cover a full 7 days, along with a bonus box with 3 extra days worth of food. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, snacks, and even electrolytes! Absolutely everything you need.
A week later, we send another 7 days of food.
It's a bi-weekly subscription, so we automatically bill your credit card every two weeks. Each payment yields a fresh CGM and two weeks of delicious food.
Rinse and repeat for as long as you want.
Cancel at any time
When you've achieved your health and dietary goals, just let us know and we cancel the subscription. It's that easy,
When you're done with your subscription, you enter what we call the "maintenance phase", and we have no idea what that actually means or how it will be administered. We're kinda making that part up as we go along.
